For a coffee break, small snack or extensive lunch or dinner, our restaurant near Schladming has enough space for every occasion. In our restaurant, we offer warm meals from Wednesday to Monday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. We invite you to take a seat in our cosy pub or in the newly renovated dining room. You can enjoy the sun on our terrace.
Traditional home cooking
Our restaurant is known for our good traditional home cooking. In addition to schnitzel, goulash and Beuschel, you will also find international dishes such as burgers and sandwiches on our menu. Vegetarians are also sure to find what they are looking for. We politely point out that we do not offer vegan dishes and ask for your understanding.
BBQ evenings
In summer, we invite you to our barbecue evening every Wednesday. The dishes are prepared by our chef on a charcoal grill. From the classic cutlet and ribs to scampi or vegetarian options: BBQ fans will get their money's worth. We recommend booking on +43 6454 7444.
The perfect stop for cyclists
Located right on the Enns Cycle Path, our restaurant is the perfect stop for thirsty and hungry cyclists. The well-known “Stoneman Taurista” MTB tour also passes just a few metres from our hotel. Anyone looking for accommodation at short notice is welcome at the Taferne. The bikes will of course have a secure, covered parking space.
Events & groups

We can also offer a seminar room for 20 - 30 people, a rustic hut for small parties and free bus parking in front of the hotel.
